HAYES CREEK FIREFIGHTERS' ASSOC.
- Snow Golf – Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 2:00pm SHARP - Come and enjoy our unique ‘Fun Golf' experience on the ice. Clubs and balls are both provided. Again this year it will feature two 6 hole championship courses with a shotgun start. Hot dogs and hot chocolate are included - $10/person collected, in cash, at the event. Starting point is Mitchells - 4071 Lakesyde Rd (on Osprey Lake). Prize donations are requested to make it an even better day for the golfers.
- 10th Annual New Year’s Eve Fireworks Display - One the ice by the Osprey Lake Forestry Campsite. Midnight, Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Usually lasts just under 1/2 hour - a fantastic display! We request a $10/person donation to help offset the costs. If you don't get a chance to pay at the 2024 event, you can eTransfer your donation to: [email protected]
- Pancake Breakfast - February 2, 2025 (and the first Sunday of each month, except December and January) - 9:30 to 11:00am - Hayes Creek Community Hall - Full breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, toast, tea/coffee and juice. $15 for Adults and $5 for children under 10. All residents and guests are welcome.
- Winter Family Day Festival - Sunday, February 16, 2025 - 11:00am > 2:00pm - Osprey Lake Forestry Campground. A family friendly community event with free food and fun around a campfire. We will also have Poker Hands available for $10 each with some great prizes.
- Real Crafty Ladies - Tuesdays, 11:00am to 2:00pm - Hayes Creek Community Hall - $2 cash - email: [email protected] if you have any questions or want more information.
- Dues - 2025 annual dues of $10/property are now due! click here
- Children's Easter Egg Hunt - Sunday, April 20, 2025 - 11:00am sharp - Free - Hodge's, 4109 Lakesyde Rd.
- Ratepayers' Annual General Meeting & Election of Officers - Sunday, May 18, 2025 (Long Weekend) - 11:00am - Hayes Creek Community Hall.
- 40th Annual Osprey Corn Roast - August 29 to 31, 2025 - Labour Day Weekend - The community event to celebrate the end of summer. Pancake breakfast, fishing derby, games, kid's bike parade, bingo, canoe races, and more. Lots of fun for the whole family.
- Santa Run - Wednesday, December 24, 2025 - If you have property in the Osprey/Link Lakes area and would like Santa and his elves to visit your children on Christmas

- Yard Waste Cleanup - Spring 2025 - Hayes Creek Fire again plans to offer complimentary removal of yard waste, branches, needles, etc. All you need to do is pile all your material on the road and notify us. Further details and dates will be available closer to the time.
